1 This is an action for damages allegedly caused by the neglect and failure of defendants, an architectural copartnership, to perform their contractural obligations under an architects agreement between plaintiff and defendants. Trial was before a jury and at the close of plaintiffs evidence, the trial court sustained defendants demurrer and dismissed the action on the ground it was barred by the Statute of Limitations, 12 O.S. 1951 ? 91 [12-91] et seq. Reference to the parties will be by their trial court designation.
